Two kinds of PDF passwords — the honest difference
An owner password sets permission restrictions (no printing, no copying) but the file opens without any password. Those restrictions can be removed, and that is what this tool does. A user/open password encrypts the content itself — the file will not open without the password, and no honest tool can remove it without knowing the password; websites claiming otherwise are scams or malware. If your PDF opens normally but refuses to print or copy, this tool will very likely unlock it.
