What carries over
The sheet is rendered as a clean table (using the SheetJS library) and your browser's print engine saves it as PDF. Cell values, including dates and numbers as displayed, are preserved. Excel-specific chart objects, images and print-area settings do not transfer — for those, print to PDF from Excel itself. For wide sheets, choose landscape orientation in the print window.

Are formulas converted?
You get the calculated values as stored in the file — formulas themselves are not included in a PDF, just their results.
